CANCELLATION POLICY:
At `360 Illustration House`, we understand that sometimes plans change. Here's how our
cancellation process works:
A. You can put any project on hold for up to a month. If we don’t hear from you after
that month, we’ll have to cancel the project, and unfortunately, it won’t be
eligible for a refund.
B. The project cannot be canceled Once we’ve processed three revision requests.
C. If you request a refund, please note that we’ll evaluate it based on the
circumstances outlined in this policy.
D. If a fraudulent card has been used to pay for the project, it will also lead to
cancellation.
Remember, you can always ask for a refund whenever you feel it’s necessary.

REFUND POLICY:
A. If you request a refund within 10 days of your purchase and your project hasn’t
started yet, we’ll gladly provide a full refund. However, please keep in mind that
this policy might be voided depending on the circumstances. If we’ve shared the
initial concept and a refund is requested afterward, the refund will be prorated
(after deducting processing fees and any production costs incurred). Refund requests
may be voided in the following situations:
- If you request any design revisions, we’ll consider it a continuation of the
project, and a refund won’t be possible.
- If you’ve been unresponsive for more than 10 days.
- If you’ve taken advantage of a discount or promotional offer.
- If the project needs to be completed urgently.
- If you file a dispute.
- If the project is outsourced to a third party.
- If there are issues unrelated to `360 Illustration House` or the project.
- If you disagree with a business partner, change your mind or hire another
company for the same project.
B. If you do receive a refund, please remember that you will not be entitled to use
any concepts or designs we shared with you. If we find that you are using them, we
will take legal action to protect our rights.
C. If you accidentally make duplicate payments, we will refund those 100%
immediately.

Once we receive your refund request, we’ll respond as quickly as possible. After
completing the necessary review, we will initiate the refund process.
Remember that after you receive your refund, you won’t have rights to any designs
shared with you by 360 Illustration House. We will also notify the relevant Copyright
Acquisition agencies to ensure legal compliance.
